Thomas Partey’s bail conditions confirmed
The bail conditions for former Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey, has been set after he appeared in the Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Tuesday.
Thomas Partey’s bail conditions include that he cannot contact any of the women involved in the case.
And he must notify police of any permanent changes of address or international travel.
Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring also appeared to confirm Partey’s is joining Villarreal.
Goldspring: “I understand he’s no longer employed in this country and playing in Spain now.”
Partey is due to appear at the Old Bailey on September 2.
The 32-year-old is facing five charges of rape and one charge of sexual assault involving three separate women.
The Ghanaian international, who departed Arsenal at the end of June following the expiration of his contract, was formally charged last week — just four days after leaving the North London club.
