Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard, has finally spoken about the rumors that his 20-year-old daughter Lilly-Ella is expecting a baby with the son of a jailed criminal.
Gerrard, a former England national team captain, expressed his excitement at the news, saying he ‘can’t wait’ for the birth of his grandchild.
Lilly-Ella is the eldest of the former Liverpool captain’s four children.
The Englishman gave birth to Lilly-Ella with his wife, Alex Curran, on February 23, 2004.
The 20-year-old Lilly-Ella is also an internet personality.
The Englishwoman has reportedly been in a relationship with Lee Bryne since October 2022, and the latter has previously referred to her as ”the best person he’s ever met.”
Lee is the son of Liam Bryne, the head of an organized crime syndicate.
Liam, 44, has been embroiled in many criminal cases since his teenage years.
He was arrested in Spain in 2023 and was recently sentenced to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to import firearms.
It has now been confirmed that Lilly-Ella and her partner Lee Bryne are expecting a baby.
The former announced the news of her pregnancy on Instagram on Sunday (January 5), showing her scans arranged next to two positive tests, a journal, and a tiny pair of baby boots.
Showing excitement, she wrote:
”Our little secret the best news, mini us is on the way @leebyrne8”
Gerrard responded to her post saying, ”We can’t wait, great news and congratulations we love you.”
Gerrard is currently the manager at Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq.
