Gift Orban is looking forward to a successful stay with Italian club, Hellas Verona, DAILY POST reports.

Orban’s loan move to the Serie A club from Bundesliga outfit TSG Hoffenheim was confirmed on Wednesday.

Hellas Verona have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.

They paid €1m as loan fee, and will pay a further €8m if they opt to sign the striker on a permanent basis.

Orban is seeking a fresh start after spending six months with Hoffenheim following his arrival from Olympic Lyon in January.

The Nigeria international scored four goals in 16 appearances for the Village club.

Orban declared he will give his best on the pitch for Hellas Verona.

“I’m proud to begin this new adventure with such a wonderful club. Thank you for this opportunity—I will give everything on the pitch for these colours. I can’t wait to get started,” the striker wrote on X.
