Ademola Lookman is a major injury doubt for Atalanta’s Serie A clash with AS Roma, DAILY POST reports.

The matchday 36 encounter will hold at the Gewiss Stadium, Bergamo on Monday.

Lookman, according to reports, missed training on Friday no thanks to an inflamed Achilles tendon.

Gian Piero Gasperini’s side still have two days to prepare for the game and the winger will be evaluated to ascertain his fitness.

Lookman ended his six-game goal drought, by scoring in Atalanta’s 4-0 thrashing of Monza last week Sunday.

The 27-year-old has registered 19 goals and seven assists across all competitions for La Dea this season.

With three rounds of matches to the end of the season, Atalanta are third in the standings with 68 points, five points ahead of fifth-placed Roma.
