Al Nassr have appointed Jorge Jesus as their new manager, after approval from talisman Cristiano Ronaldo.

This was confirmed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via his X account on Saturday.

Romano wrote: “Jorge Jesus has agreed to become new Al Nassr head coach.

“Former Al Hilal manager will be unveiled soon as deal has been agreed for Jesus to become Al Nassr coach, as per @Santi_J_FM.

“Cristiano Ronaldo also approved him as coach.”

Jesus replaces Stefano Pioli, who left the Saudi Pro League side by mutual consent.

Pioli has been confirmed as the new manager of Fiorentina.
