The final draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Rabat, Morocco, on Monday, January 27, where the 24 competing teams will learn their opponents.

Six groups will be formed, with each containing four countries, and the top two teams in each group, along with the four best third-placed sides, will advance to the Round of 16.

In addition to the draw, participating countries will have the opportunity to assess match venues, training facilities and hotel infrastructure in Morocco ahead of the competition.

The competition will run from Sunday, December 21, 2025 to January, 18, 2026.

Côte d’Ivoire, the defending champions, will be looking to retain their title in the biennial tournament.
