President Federation Cup: Nasarawa Amazons match will be tough – Coach Blankson
Rivers Angels head coach, Tosan Blankson, says he expect a tough battle against Nasarawa Amazons in the Women’s President Federation Cup final.
The Port-Harcourt based club will trade tackles with Nasarawa Amazons at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan on Saturday June, 28th.
DAILY POST recalls that Rivers Angels suffered a 2-1 defeat to Nasarawa Amazons in the Super six playoff.
Blankson opined that the cup final will be a different game for his team.
“We know the Federation Cup final will be very tough because we played Nasarawa Amazons in the Super Six playoff which they won,” Blankson bears his mind to Rivers Angels media.
“The Cup final is a different ball game. Since we came back from the Super Six we have been preparing really hard for the final match as we are motivated for the final game.
“This is the only trophy we are playing for and the girls are determined to get it done.”
