Rivers Angels head coach Tosan Blackstone has called on the club’s supporters to turn out in large numbers to support the team in their Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL matchday five encounter against Bayelsa Queens.

Blackson said his team is fully prepared for the clash.

The game is set to take place at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Wednesday.

“We’re ready for whatever Bayelsa Queens throw at us,” Blackson said in a pre-match interview.

“My girls are mentally and psychologically prepared to take on the challenge.

“We appreciate the unwavering support from our fans and the good people of Rivers State. We need them to cheer us on to victory on Wednesday.”
