NPFL: Ugwueze wins Rangers Player of the Month award
Chinemerem Ugwueze has been named Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, club, Rangers Player of the month for January.
The reigning NPFL champions made the announcement on Monday.
“Our January Player of the Month, Chinemerem Ugwueze! Captain fantastic.” Rangers wrote on their X account.
The Flying Antelopes captain netted once in the two matches during the month.
Rangers currently occupy third position on the league table with 38 points.
Fidelis Ilechukwu’s side will slug it out with Abia Warriors on Wednesday in Umuahia.
