Shooting Stars are set to discuss a new contract with midfielder Godwin Odibo, according to reports.

Odibo signed a short-term deal with the Oluyole Warriors in January after returning from a brief stint in Rwanda.

He featured in 13 league matches, netting once for Gbenga Ogunbote’s side.

Shooting Stars are keen to retain the midfielder for the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL season.

The Oluyole Warriors are determined to bolster their squad with quality signings before the commencement of the new campaign.

The 27-year-old is also attracting interest from NPFL clubs Enyimba and Plateau United.

Odibo came to prominence for his outstanding performances with Sporting Lagos two years ago.
