NPFL: Remo Stars coach wants derby spoils against Ikorodu City

Remo Stars assistant coach, Sulaiman Kamil is confident his team will come out victorious in the Southwest derby clash with Ikorodu City.

The Sky Blue Stars will lock horns with Ikorodu City in a matchday 17 fixture at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Sunday.

Kamil stated that the encounter is one of the important fixture of their league campaign.

“The clash against Ikorodu City is one of the fixture we have been looking forward to in the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL) this season,” Kamil told Remo Stars media.

“We face them during the pre season tournament which they almost got the better of us.

“The game against Ikorodu City in the NPFL this weekend will be different we are going to beat them in Lagos.”
