NPFL: Nasarawa United boss happy to beat ‘difficult team’ Wikki Tourists

Nasarawa United technical adviser Mbwas Mangut has described their matchday four opponent, Wikki Tourists, as a difficult team.

The Solid Miners secured a 1-0 win against the Bauchi Elephants at the Lafia City Stadium on Sunday.

Mangut said Wikki Tourists’ mobility and confidence level make the match difficult for his team.

Mangut expressed satisfaction with the result.

“It’s a thing of joy to get the maximum points against a difficult team that’s very mobile and has high confidence on the ball,” Mangut stated in a post-match interview.

Nasarawa United occupy fifth position on the league table with seven points.
