NPFL: Katsina United recruit 12 new players for 2025-26 season

Katsina United have added 12 new players to their squad ahead of the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The players are Musa Sulaiman, Nura Dan Megi, Abubakar Mohamed (Tatu), Kabir Muhammed, Kabir Ahmed Nasir, and Usman Abdullahi.

Others are Abubakar Hassan, Yusuf Ibrahim, Hassan Suleiman, Umar Yusuf, Abubakar Maiwada, Yusuf Abdulmumini, and Muhammad Sulaiman.

The players were shortlisted after successful trials conducted by the club.

Katsina United chairman, Surajo Umar Dalibi, charged the players to be dedicated and disciplined.

Katsina United will start the 2025-26 NPFL season with a clash against Warri Wolves on Sunday in Katsina.
