NPFL: Kano Pillars defender, Alasan elated with goal against El-Kanemi

Kano Pillars defender, Rashid Alasan has dedicated his goal against El-Kanemi Warriors to the club’s supporters.

Alasan grabbed the winning goal for Kano Pillars in the 2-1 win against El-Kanemi Warriors at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Wednesday.

Veteran Rabiu Ali put the Sai Masu Gida in front from the spot, while Umar Al-Amin equalised for El-Kanemi Warriors.

Alasan expressed delight with the achievement describing it as a special feeling.

“It’s a massive moment for me, scoring in front of our wonderful fans who have supported us from the first whistle. I dedicate this goal to them.” Alasan reacted after the game.

Kano Pillars moved up to ninth position in the league table with 32 points.
