NPFL: Enyimba announce resumption date for new season

Enyimba have scheduled Friday, June 20 as resumption date for pre season training for the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The training exercise is expected to kick-start by 7:30 am at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.

The date was confirmed in a statement signed by the club’s Sporting Director, Ifeanyi Ekwueme.

According to the statement, all the players and officials of the club are expected to adhere strictly to the directives.

The 2025-26 NPFL season is billed commence on August 22nd, 2025

It would be recalled that Enyimba missed out on a place for continental football next season.

Enyimba finished in sixth position with 55 points at the end of last season.
