NPFL clubs battle for Awosanmi’s signature
Promise Awosanmi is set for a new challenge following the expiration of his contract with Sunshine Stars.
According to reports, Awosanmi is attracting interest from former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions, Rangers.
Shooting Stars and President Federation Cup finalist. Kwara United are also interested in the player.
Awosanmi had an impressive 2024-25 NPFL campaign despite Sunshine Stars’ relegation.
The energetic midfielder registered five goals in 21 appearances for the Akure club last season.
He joined the Owena Waves from Akure City FC in 2021.
