No deal agreed for former Man Utd star, Pogba to join Monaco – Report
No deal has been agreed on for former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba to join Monaco despite reports suggesting a deal is close, Sky Sports News reports.
There have been positive talks between the France World Cup winner and the French Ligue 1 club.
But there is still some way to go before the 32-year-old signs.
The report added that more talks between both parties are planned for later this week.
This comes after Pogba was reportedly offered a two-year deal by Monaco earlier this month.
Pogba has not played competitive football since November 2024.
He was suspended in 2023 for failing a drugs test after he returned to Juventus for his second spell in 2022.
Juventus then terminated his contract after both parties reached a mutual agreement.
Pogba has been a free agent since last year and he is expected to join a new club this summer transfer window to kick-star his career again.
