NNL shifts commencement date for second stanza

The Nigeria National League , NNL, has announced a shift in the date for the commencement of the second stanza of the 2024/25 season.

The second stanza was earlier scheduled to start on Friday , 21st March.

It will now commence on Friday, 4th April.

The NNL failed to give any reason for the postponement.

A circular to this effect has already been sent to all clubs and state FA’s concerned .

Chief Operating Officer of NNL, Ayo Abdulrahaman, extended his regrets for the inconveniences the postponement may have caused the clubs.
