NNL: Adamawa United set to appoint Abara as new head coach

Nasiru Abara is set to be appointed new head coach of Nigeria National League, NNL, side Adamawa United.

Abara’s imminent appointment was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF Player intermediary, Shuaibu Yakubu Labosa on Monday.

The young tactician previously worked with Niger Tornadoes Feeders, and Maikunkele FC.

Adamawa United are expected to finalise the details of the new coach appointment before the start of the 2025-26 NNL season.

Adamawa United are currently gearing up for the 2025-26 season under the guidance of the club assistant coaches.

They failed to reach the NNL playoff last season.
