NLO: Kano Ambassadors FC secures promotion to NNL
Kano Ambassadors FC have secured qualification to the Nigeria National League, NNL, after securing top position in the 2025 Nationwide League One promotional playoff.
The Kano-based side registered nine points from three matches played in the playoff.
Kano Ambassadors defeated Discovery Academy 2-0 in their final group match at the Gumel stadium in Jigawa.
They will be featuring in the second tier league next season for the first time in their history.
DAILY POST recalls that Stormers SC of Abeokuta have also qualified for the NNL.
The remaining promotion playoff matches will be decided across other centre later in the week.
