NLO: Four teams secure promotion to NNL

The quartet of Mai Kunkele United, Kano Ambassadors FC, City FC, and Warinje FC have secured promotion to the Nigeria National League, NNL.

The teams qualified from the 2025 Nationwide League One, NLO, Division One promotion play-off.

Mai Kunkele United defeated NA Royal FC 3–1 to finish top of the table with seven points from the Bwari Centre.

City FC recorded three wins from three matches at the Kaduna Centre to top their group with nine points.

Kano Ambassadors FC beat Discovery Academy 2–0 in the final match of their group to finish with nine points at the Gumel Stadium in Jigawa.

Warinje FC picked up seven points from three matches to top their group in Jos.

They defeated DMD FC 3–0 in the final match of the group on Sunday.

NLO: Four teams secure promotion to NNL
