Mikel to feature for Chelsea legends against Liverpool

Former Chelsea midfielder John Mikel Obi will line up for the Blues Legends against Liverpool Legends at Anfield on Saturday, 22nd March.

The game has been organised to raise funds for the Chelsea Foundation and the Chelsea Players’ Trust.

Mikel will be joined by former stars Gianfranco Zola, Carlo Cudicini, Ramires, and Gary Cahill.

Former strikers Eidur Gudjohnsen, Jesper Gronkjaer, and Loic Remy will also be part of the team.

Mikel spent 11 years at Chelsea, winning the Premier League twice, the FA Cup three times, and the UEFA Champions League once.

He announced his retirement from professional football on 27th September 2022.

Mikel to feature for Chelsea legends against Liverpool
