LaLiga: Sevilla set to offload Chidera EjukeÂ
Spanish club, Sevilla are looking to offload Nigerian winger, Chidera Ejuke as part of their summer rebuild, DAILY POST reports.
Ejuke joined the Andalusian club on a free transfer last summer following the expiration of his contract with Russian club CSKA Moscow.
The 27-year-old has however failed to hit the ground running at the club.
He was sidelined for around three months due to a hamstring injury.
Ejuke managed two goals and one assist in 25 league appearances for Sevilla.
The former UEFA Europa League winners recently appointed Matias Almeyda as their new head coach as well Antonio Cordon, who takes charge as the club’s new sporting director.
Ejuke’s compatriot Kelechi Iheanacho is also expected to leave the club this summer.
Iheanacho, who also joined on a free transfer last summer was sent on loan to Sky Bet Championship club, Middlesbrough in January.
