French Feminine club, Paris FC have announced the departure of Chiamaka Nnadozie from the club.

The 24-year-old made the switch to Paris FC from Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, side, Rivers Angels in 2025.

Nnadozie quickly established herself as Nigeria’s first choice goalkeeper during her time at the club.

She is also currently recognised as the best goalkeeper in Africa.

Paris FC posted a heartfelt message on the social message to announce her departure from the club.

“Merci, Chiamaka! From your first save to your last stand in Parisian colours, you’ve inspired a generation. You leave as a champion, a leader, and forever a part of the Paris FC family. Bonne chance for your next chapter!” The club wrote.

Nnadozie helped Paris FC to win the Coupe de France Féminine last month, her only major silverware with the club.

The Nigeria international was named the best goalkeeper in the French Women’s League in the 2003/24 season.

Nnadozie has been linked with a move to English club, Everton.

The shot stopper is expected to be in goal for Nigeria at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco next month.
