EPL: They’ll turn up – Joe Cole predicts Liverpool vs Man United

A former Chelsea player, Joe Cole, has given his prediction for the upcoming Premier League clash between Liverpool and Manchester United.

Cole believes that Manchester United will fight but predicted Liverpool to secure a narrow victory.

”It’s a derby and it’s a one-off game. But having said that, you can’t look past this Liverpool side.

“Manchester United will turn up, make a game of it, but Liverpool will win 2-1,” the former England international told Paddy Power via Metro.

The former attacker added that the Red Devils might threaten the Reds on the counter-attack and get a goal, “but they’ll get pinned back at Anfield up against the Kop.”

Cole, however, wants Manchester United fans to be mature and accept what’s going on and build slowly.

The last meeting between the two Premier League giants ended in favour of the Merseyside side as they pulverised their rivals 3-0 at Old Trafford.
