EPL: Merson snubs Arsenal, Man City, names team with the strongest squad

Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has picked Chelsea as the team with “probably have the strongest squad in the Premier League”.

Merson is also tipping the Blues to beat Tottenham this Sunday.

Enzo Maresca’s men currently sit in second place on the table above Manchester City and Arsenal.

Chelsea are only behind leaders, Liverpool on the log.

Merson told Sportskeeda: “[Chelsea] have a good squad, probably the strongest in the Premier League.

“But they played Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool this season and took just one point. That is why they are not contenders yet.”
