Liverpool legend, Mark Lawrenson has predicted the Premier League final day fixtures taking place this weekend.
All the Premier League match-day 38 will take place on Sunday evening across different grounds in England.
Nottingham Forest will clash with Chelsea at City Ground, while Manchester United will face Aston Villa.
Liverpool will tackle Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur will face Brighton.
Stating his predictions, Lawrenson told Paddy Power:

Ipswich 2-1 West Ham
Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace
Manchester United 0-2 Aston Villa
Newcastle 3-0 Everton
Nottingham Forest 1-1 Chelsea

Wolves 1-1 Brentford
