Real Madrid manager, Xabi Alonso, has confirmed the return of two players in his squad.

The two Real Madrid players are Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal.

Alonso spoke at his pre-match interview ahead of Real Madrid’s FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16 tie against Juventus on Tuesday night.

Both Militao and Carvajal have not played in the Club World Cup so far.

The two defenders missed Real Madrid’s 1-1 against Al Hilal in the group stage.

They also missed Real Madrid’s victories against Pachuca and RB Salzburg.

“Militao and Carvajal are back,” Alonso said when providing an update on his squad ahead of the Juventus clash.

“They will be in the squad tomorrow [Tuesday night].”

Meanwhile, a win for Real Madrid against Juventus will see them progress to the quarter-final stage of the Club World Cup.
