Chelsea finally agree deal to sign Gittens

Chelsea have finally struck a deal to sign Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund.

Both clubs have been in negotiations as they continue to play at the 2025 Club World Cup in the United States.

Amid interest from Bayern Munich, Chelsea have reached an agreement for Gittens.

The 20-year-old will now move to Stamford Bridge, where he will sign a long-term deal.

Earlier this month, Dortmund rejected a £42m offer, and a deal was not reached before the first window closed on June 10.

Gittens scored 12 goals and provided five assists in 48 games in all competitions last season.

He was previously on Chelsea’s books as a youth player before making the switch to Manchester City.
