Enyimba striker, Brown Ideye has reaffirmed the team’s readiness for the CAF Confederation Cup clash with Al Masry.

Stanley Eguma’s side will host the Egyptians in a matchday five encounter at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium Uyo on Sunday (today).

Enyimba currently occupy last position in Group D and must beat Al Masry to stand a chance of scaling through to the quarter-final stage of the competition.

Ideye said they know the importance of the game and will give their all to secure maximum points.

“My job as a striker is to score goals. With the support of the team and everyone giving 120 percent, then I can deliver,” the former Super Eagles forward told a press conference.

“We know how important this game is for the club and for us as players.

“We will do our best to see that we come out with the victory.”
