Youth Worshipping Idols Are Being Deceived – Fr Obayi
The Spiritual Director, Okunerere Adoration Ministry, Nsukka, Enugu State, Rev Fr Prof Paul Obayi, says youth embracing idol worshipping to make quick money are being deceived by the devil.
Speaking with THE WHISTLER, Fr Obayi said the quest for wealth had made many youth embrace the devil irrespective of the consequences.
In his words, “There is now a crusade from the kingdom of hell. Our youths who are drifting to idol worshipping are being deceived. This includes Yahoo Plus boys. The white people want the truth.
“Our youths disguise in white faces, and fix objects in their mouths, and be talking as white people. Their juju is to make the white not to realise that these are blacks.
“If they are sincere, let them show that they are Africans. They use photos of the white, and the good ones will send them money, hoping they are offering charity to the vulnerable. Our people now embrace gone-deities to enhance their deceptions.”
He also berated some men of God who go the unholy ways to mislead some vulnerable persons for the sake of money. He said, “Some men of God are thieves. They saw that money naturally comes from the church.
“They therefore create their own churches. They don’t attend any school of theology. God has everything on earth, and He gave us the power to bless them without charge.
“I charge nothing to cast demons away, including removing the so-called deities of the ancestors. The devil has money; just the way God has.
“It is our lack of knowledge. Jesus is the owner of everything on earth. That is why he didn’t kneel down before the devil.
“You bow down to the devil, and you get rich. You will get the money but you will not enjoy it. They will realise this when they had crossed the bridge.”
