You’re Generous, Hard-Working, Tinubu Tells Dangote On Birthday

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Africa’s richest man and philanthropist, Aliko Dangote, on the occasion of his birthday.
Tinubu praised Dangote’s contributions to Nigeria’s economic development and humanitarian efforts across the continent.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu described Dangote as “a visionary whose resilience and unwavering commitment to Africa’s economic transformation have redefined entrepreneurship on the continent.”
The president further commended the founder and president of the Dangote Group for his pivotal role in Nigeria’s industrialisation drive, citing Dangote’s investments in sectors such as cement manufacturing, agriculture, and the recently launched Dangote Refinery.
According to Tinubu, these ventures have not only advanced the country’s goal of economic self-sufficiency but also generated thousands of jobs for Nigerians.
“Aliko Dangote’s life embodies hard work, generosity, and faith in Nigeria’s potential. His willingness to invest in people and nation-building reflects profound business ingenuity and love for humanity,” said the president.
Beyond his business achievements, the President lauded Dangote’s philanthropic work through the Dangote Foundation, which he said has uplifted millions of underprivileged people across Africa.
