Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku, has backed Police Ladies FC to come out on top in Group B of the WAFU B Women’s Champions League qualifiers.

Police Ladies FC will face Bayelsa Queens in their opening game of the competition.

Association Sportive de la Kozah and Sam Nelly FC are also drawn in Group B.

Okraku urged Police Ladies FC to see themselves as the best in the group.

“I’m extremely glad about the commitment of the top hierarchy of the Police Service to support the team to play in Africa,” Okraku stated during his visit to the team.

“None of your opponents is better than you, We’re Ghana!”

The WAFU B qualifiers will commence on Saturday, August 23, in Côte d’Ivoire.
