WAFCON 2024: Zambia not scared of Super Falcons — Nachula

Zambia midfielder Rachael Nachula has said the team is battle ready for the clash with the Super Falcons of Nigeria.

The Copper Queens will face the Super Falcons in a quarter-final fixture at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations on Friday.

Zambia defeated Nigeria 1-0 the last time both countries met in a third-place fixture three years ago in Morocco.

They have been impressive at the WAFCON 2024 finals, with two wins and a draw from their group stage matches.

Ahead of the clash with nine-time champions Nigeria, Nachula declared that the Zambians are not scared of any team.

“We are not scared of any team, we can’t be afraid of Nigeria, all we need to do is play to our coach’s instructions,” Nachula was quoted on Brila FM.
