WAFCON 2024: Top scorers ahead of Nigeria vs Morocco final

Senegal’s Nguenar Ndiaye and Morocco’s Ghizlane Chebbak are currently the joint-top scorers at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON.

Both players have four goals each to their names ahead of the WAFCON final this weekend.

Recall that Nigeria defeated South Africa 2-0 in the semi-final encounter played on Tuesday evening.

The outcome of the match ensured the Super Falcons advance to the final stage where they will face Morocco.

Recall that Morocco defeated Ghana in the other semi-final tie played on Tuesday night.

Top scorers at WAFCON ahead of Nigeria vs Morocco final:

4 goals: Ghizlane Chebbak (Morocco), Nguenar Ndiaye (Senegal)

3 goals: Ibtissam Jraïdi (Morocco), Chinwendu Ihezuo (Nigeria), Barbra Banda (Zambia), Racheal Kundananji (Zambia)

2 goals: Mama Diop (Senegal – eliminated), Alice Kusi (Ghana), Aissata Traoré (Mali), Yasmine Mrabet (Morocco)
