Transfer: Nigerian winger set for Hull City move

Sky Bet Championship club, Hull City are expected to conclude the signing of free agent David Akintola this week, DAILY POST reports.

The Nigerian winger left Turkish Super Lig club, Caykur Rizezpor in July following the expiration of his contract.

Akintola, according to reports has agreed a two-year contract with Hull City.

The 29-year-old will link up with another Nigerian, Semi Ajayi at the MKM Stadium.

He spent one-and -half-season at Caykur Rizezpor after arriving from another Turkish club, from Adana Demirspor in January 2024.

Akintola was on target trice, and registered five assists for Rizezpor last season.
