Transfer: Lookman set for Atalanta stay as PSG links cool off
Ademola Lookman could now remain at Serie A club, Atalanta despite recent reports linking him with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
Lookman reportedly requested to be left out of La Dea’s Serie A clash with Leece on Monday after hearing of interest from Ligue 1 champions PSG.
There were even suggestions that he had been offered a long-term contract worth around €3.5m per season.
Atalanta are, however, yet to receive an official offer from PSG.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Lookman is more likely to stay on with Atalanta.
Atalanta are also keen to hold on to the winger, who has won the club’s Player of the Season for two consecutive campaigns.
