Transfer: German club, Augsburg set to sign Onyeka on loan

Bundesliga club, Augsburg are interested in signing Brentford star, Frank Onyeka, DAILY POST reports.

Onyeka, according to reports is already in advanced talk with Jess Thorup’s side.

Brentford are, however, only willing to sanction a loan without buy option for the player.

The 26-year-old has expressed his desire the leave the Bees for a regular playing time.

The Nigeria international struggled to break into Brentford’s first team last season.

The defensive midfielder has also started the London club opening two games of the season on the bench.

He has three years remaining on his contract with Brentford.
