Two Chelsea players are all set to join Borussia Dortmund this summer transfer window.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the two players are Carney Chukwuemeka and Aaron Anselmino.

Chelsea will receive a fee of around €25 million with add-ons and sell-on clause from Dortmund for Chukwuemeka.

The Blues also agreed on a season-long loan deal with no buy option clause with the Bundesliga club for Anselmino.

Chukwuemeka and Anselmino will undergo their medicals with Dortmund on Monday.

Chelsea are keen to trim their squad after signing the likes of Liam Delap, Estêvão, Jorrel Hato and Joao Felix.
