Transfer: Chelsea announce deal for Anselmino

Chelsea on Wednesday confirmed that Aaron Anselmino has left Stamford Bridge to join Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund on loan.

Enzo Maresca’s side disclosed this in a post on their website.

Chelsea signed Anselmino from Boca Juniors in 2024 after his impressive displays for the Argentine club.

The defender signed a long-term contract with Chelsea before returning to Boca on loan, where he made 18 appearances before being recalled in January.

Anselmino was part of the Chelsea squad that triumphed at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup earlier this summer.
