Bayer Leverkusen director, Simon Rolfes has suggested Victor Boniface’s transfer to AC Milan could be off.

Die Werkself, and Milan have already agreed on Boniface’s transfer to the latter.

There are, however, concerns over the forward’s fitness status after he was subjected to through medical tests by AC Milan on Friday, and Saturday.

Several media outlets have reported that the Nigeria international is due back in Germany today while Milan weigh their decision.

Rolfes has, however, said a return back to the club will certainly put an end to the transfer.

“If Boniface comes back to Leverkusen, the AC Milan deal will be over. That’s no big secret,” Rofles told BILD.
