Erika, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has described her husband’s killer as an “evil-doer.”
She said Charlie’s killers have no idea what they have done, as his movement will not die.
Charlie Kirk was shot dead in Utah on Wednesday during an outdoor programme.
The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation named 22-year-old Tyler Robinson as Charlie’s shooter.
In a live video, Erika described her late husband as the perfect father and husband.
“The evil-doers responsible for my husband’s assassination have no idea what they have done.
“The movement my husband built will not die. It won’t. I refuse to let that happen,” she said.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump confirmed that a suspect had been arrested after a massive manhunt.
“Somebody very close to him turned him in,” Trump told Fox News.
