Sporting Lagos announce departure of three players
Sporting Lagos have confirmed the departure of three players from the club, DAILY POST reports.
The players are Jonathan Alukwu, Egeonu Patrick and Vincent Akpikpi.
Sporting Lagos announced the trio’s departure on social media.
“A number of players have departed the club following the just concluded season,” Sporting Lagos wrote on X.
“Together, we made memories, moments etched in history. Thank you.”
Sporting Lagos were relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League last season.
The modest club will play in the Nigeria National League next season.
