Shettima, Sultan Arrive Imo State For Projects Commissioning, Airlift Of Pilgrims

Vice President, Kashim Shettima have arrived in Imo State for the inauguration of some completed road projects in the state.
Also in state is the Sultan Of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, and some Islamic clerics.
Additionally, they will attend the official flag-off ceremony for the airlifting of Muslim pilgrims to the holy land.
This event will also mark the commencement of the maiden international flight from the Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport—the first time an international flight will depart from the airport.
Following this inaugural flight, the airport will officially be opened for international air traffic.
