United States President Donald Trump has reacted to news of famous pop star Taylor Swift and football player Travis Kelce’s engagement.
Trump responded with well-wishes for the couple after a reporter asked him what his reaction to their engagement was during the President’s high-profile meeting with the members of his Cabinet Tuesday.
He described Kelce as “a great player and a great guy” and Taylor Swift as “a terrific person.”
He added, “I wish them a lot of luck.”
DAILY POST recalls that Trump declared last September that he hates Taylor Swift after the singer publicity endorsed his 2024 opponent, former Vice President Kamala Harris.
In May 2025, Trump claimed that Swift was “no longer hot” after his September message.
