Service delivery in Nigerian aviation is improving – Benue Rep Agbese
A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Philip Agbese, has commended Nigeria’s aviation sector for its remarkable strides in improving passenger experience and service delivery.
Agbese, who represents Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency of Benue State, shared his recent encounter while flying ValueJet from Abuja to Lagos, describing it as a “memorable and heartwarming experience.”
According to him, what stood out was the crew’s willingness to go above and beyond for passengers.
The lawmaker attributed these improvements to recent reforms championed by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who has prioritized passenger comfort and safety.
“Service delivery in Nigerian aviation is changing for the better. From the airlines to the crews and overall management, there is a visible commitment to ensuring passenger satisfaction. This is worth commending and sustaining,” Agbese said.
