The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, disclosed this in a statement issued in Abeokuta, the state capital.
According to Odutola, the arrest followed a routine stop-and-search operation conducted by operatives of 71 PMF Awa Ijebu along the Ijebu Ode/Ibadan Expressway, near Refugees Camp Junction, Oru Ijebu, at about 2:00 p.m. on August 11, 2025.
