Pi Network Migration Problems Worsen Globally as Team Flags New Risks in China

The Pi Network is witnessing a surge of creativity from its user base. Just days after its official debut, over 7,900 AI-driven applications have been built using the newly launched Pi App Studio.

Revealed during the recent Pi2Day celebration, Pi App Studio is a no-code development platform designed to let users, or “Pioneers,” create apps using simple natural language commands. This innovation marks a significant milestone for the Pi Network, transitioning it from a mobile mining platform to a broader blockchain development ecosystem.

According to data from PiScan, a total of 7,932 apps have already been created since the launch, signalling massive engagement and interest from users eager to contribute to the ecosystem. The tool’s accessibility—requiring no coding experience—has been key to its rapid adoption.

Users simply describe the kind of app they want to build, and the platform generates a functioning prototype powered by AI.

Social media is already filled with Pi enthusiasts sharing their projects. One user introduced “Ayai,” an AI chatbot assistant, and “Universe of Pi,” an app focused on the Pi ecosystem. Another community member is developing an educational app to help users learn about Web3, decentralised finance, crypto fundamentals, and online safety.

While some of these projects are still in beta, the simplicity of Pi App Studio is expected to fuel rapid growth in the number of functional, community-built apps.

With Pi App Studio, the Pi Network has taken a bold step toward real-world application development. This initiative not only empowers users to create but also helps build a genuine utility layer that could boost the network’s traction beyond mobile mining.
