Over 1,000 To Go As Trump Fires Four Biden Appointees

U.S. President Donald Trump has issued an order dismissing four individuals appointed by the Joe Biden administration to serve in various committees and departments within the presidency.
This dismissal came on the day he was inaugurated as the 47th U.S. president.
In an X post made on his official Truth Social account, Trump said the individuals were removed because they were not aligned with his vision.
“Our first day in the White House is not over yet! My Presidential Personnel Office is actively in the process of identifying and removing over a thousand Presidential Appointees from the previous administration who are not aligned with our vision to Make America Great Again.”
“Let this serve as official notice of dismissal for these 4 individuals, with many more coming soon.
“Jose Andres from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, Mark Milley from the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, Brian Hook from the Wilson Center for Scholars, and Keisha Lance Bottoms from the President’s Export Council—YOU’RE FIRED!” Trump declared.
Trump had promised to dismiss a lot of people who served under the previous administration, vowing to rid the country of corruption.
Following his inauguration, Trump signed executive orders declaring illegal immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border a national emergency, abolishing criminal cartels, and cancelling automatic citizenship for U.S.-born children of immigrants in the country illegally.
