Otti appoints retired military officers into Abia Homeland Security Board

In an effort to combat insecurity, Abia State Governor Alex Otti has approved the appointment of members of the Abia State Homeland Security Board.

The members of the Homeland Security Board include Brig. Gen. N.V.U. Nnorom (Rtd.), Chairman; Col. Chidi Kalu Ukoha (Rtd.) General Manager/CEO; Mr. Chukwunenye Alajemba, the Governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Homeland Security; ACP Allwell Okwuonu (Rtd.) and Ngozi Ula Ukoha.

Mrs Ugo Chidi Onyeabor will serve as the Secretary of the Board.

The appointment was announced by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Kenneth Kalu.
